The Pleasant Park After School Program has 45 spots for children 6 to 12 years of age. We maintain a ratio of 1:15.

DAILY SCHEDULE
Our program has access to the gym from 3:00 to
4:30 and the Kindergarten classroom from 3:30 to 5:45.
| 3:00 | Greet children |
| 3:05-3:30 | Snack and prepare for homework or other activities. |
| 3:30-4:00 | Opportunity for children to do homework. |
| 3:30-4:30 | Those who do not do homework may participate in outdoor activities (weather permitting), gym activities and planned indoor activities |
| 4:30-5:30 | indoor activities in the classroom |
| 5:30 | Tidy up |
| 5:45 | Centre closes |
Outdoor and
gym activities may include soccer, hockey, badminton, baseball, jump
rope, outdoor play structures and sand play.
Planned
indoor activities may include arts and crafts, woodworking, jewelry
making, blocks, Lego, dramatic play, computers, board games, and cards.
Homework
Time is an opportunity for children to complete tasks under the guidance
of a bilingual educator. This takes place Monday through Thursday.
Our program serves Pleasant Park Public School, Riverview Public School, l’Ecole Marie Curie, and l’Ecole St Genevieve, with a priority given to students of Pleasant Park Public School.
Before school care is offered at our Russell Road location.
